OF SPECIAL NOTE
- Mr. Cheatham joined the firm in 2005 after a long career in firms where he was the senior partner. He has a background in insurance claims going back 55 years and has been engaged in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation all his professional career. He has also defended major product liability and medical professional liability matters. Mr. Cheatham is actively engaged in litigation and in addition acts as an arbitrator and mentors less experienced lawyers within the firm.
